Copper ore is the lowest level ore to farm, so you can begin mining it immediately after you train mining. It is also one of the most plentiful mined ores and can be found in all the starting zones, including Durotar, Elwynn Forest, Dun Morogh, Tirisfal Glades, Bloodmyst Isle, Silverpine Forest, Gilneas and The Lost Isles.
